Congratulations on becoming a vacation rental host! Whether this is your first short-term rental or just another investment property, it's good to have a starting point when stocking your place. Bear Lake is lacking in the shopping department, so make sure your guests are covered with all the basics before they arrive.

Bathrooms
We strongly recommend all white towels to simplify the laundering process. Costco has high quality and affordable options.
Enough towels for each guest, plus extras
Enough hand towels for each guest
Enough wash cloths for each guest x2
Trash can
Shower curtain/liner (preferably cloth so we can run them through the wash)
Bathroom rugs and washable bath mats
Hairdryer for each bathroom (optional)
Toilet brush in every bathroom
At least one plunger
Bedrooms
We strongly recommend all white linens to simplify the laundering process. The second set of sheets will be laundered off-site after each cleaning.
Two sets of sheets for each bed, plus one extra of each size
Mattress protectors for each bed
Duvet covers (one per bed and one extra of each size)
Wastebaskets for each room
Hangers, if there are closets

Our cleaning crew provides most supplies between guest stays, but having basics on hand means guests take better care of your home.
