Good experience overall. But I notice the ceiling is leaking in the basement bathroom, and also noticeable dust in the attic. The heater and ventilation in the basement don't work in the basement. It's quite cold at night.

We had an awesome stay! The house was huge, very clean, and had plenty of space for our whole family. It was perfect for a big group, with lots of room to spread out and plenty of parking. The location was also great—super close to the marina, beach, shops, and restaurants, which made everything really convenient. The home was comfortable, well kept, and a great place to spend a weekend at Bear Lake. We’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it for families or larger groups!
