Meet the Managers

Dawson and Ashlyn Bingham built Lodgistics Rentals on roots, resilience, and respect for this region.

Our Story

Southeast Idaho Runs Deep

Dawson grew up on a farm west of Blackfoot, where life meant dirt bikes, cattle, and summers ending with a raspberry shake from La Beau's after a day on Bear Lake. An engineering degree and the resilience forged by farming gave him the foundation to build something of his own. Ashlyn brings a different kind of strength. She has been on-call 24/7 since the business began, handling every guest message, homeowner call, and email. She also trains and manages the cleaning crew so every home is ready before guests walk through the door.

What We Value

More of Our Story

They bought their first short-term rental early in their marriage and found something worth building on both sides: a genuine vacation experience for travelers, and hassle-free passive income for homeowners. That balance is still what drives them. Ashlyn spends her time off with her two boys, thrifting, and working in the yard. Quality relationships matter to her in every part of life. Bear Lake Valley is home in the truest sense, and the clear night sky, turquoise water, and picturesque farmland aren't just a backdrop. They're the reason Lodgistics exists.
